Rain, Rain

It hasn't stopped raining since last Wednesday. At last count we had received 10 inches through Sunday but many reports say we received a FOOT today alone! And it's supposed to continue through Wednesday. Almost all of the schools in the metro area are closed tomorrow. Check out a video of some soccer fields a couple towns over:

Christmas Newsletter Info

Since it is September (how can it be labor day weekend already???), it is obviously time to start thinking about the Christmas newsletter...

Bucky and I would like to take a crack at it this year, as we have a fun topic and have everybody's contact information from the wedding invite list so we won't have any trouble sending out harassing letters to all of you:)

OK, The topic this year will be a threefold question.

1. What book, essay, or other reading material - that you have read - do you think the rest of the family or the world should read?

2. Why it is important to you?

3. Why should everyone else read it?

You all also have this in an email, but we always post it here too! Can't wait to hear from you!
