Just Maybe...

Well, it is entirely possible that Bucky and I have bought a house. I say that because the short sale process is enough to make the most patient individual cry for hours. Here is where we stand... We have submitted our offer and we were the ones (the only ones) accepted and submitted to the lender. If all goes well, in about 2 months the lender will come back and say that they think it would be ok to let us have the house. Then things get crazy (as if that wasn't enough) and we then have 30 days to do all inspections and get our loans in place to get the house. Looking at the timeline, it seems that we may actually have a house sometime in January if all goes well. If not, then who knows where we will be.
