Time

You know how when you are waiting for something to happen and the closer it gets to it happening, the slower that time actually moves ... so that when it actually gets down to it being a few hours away, time has actually stopped and started literally standing still? Well, all I have to say is it's been 10:freaking:59 for the past several hours, and I am not exagerating. At this point I'll be having my lunch meeting around 7 PM. This is one of those limit equations that they don't teach in calculus.

Happy St. Patrick's Day! I learned a lot about St. Patrick's Day today. I also learned you can always learn a lot about different holidays. NATIONAL WEATHER HAS ISSUED A SNOW ADVISORY FOR THE WASHINGTON REGION WEDNESDAY 7:00 AM-7:00PM SNOW WILL BEGIN NEAR THE MORNING DRIVE.AROUND 2 TO 4 INCHES OF SNOW CAN BE EXPECTED.

Snow will begin around the morning drive. Of course it will! I am so freaking sick of snow - even though it's been warm for the past week we still have these random piles of stuff that looks like boulders in random parking lots but you know has to be some weird combination of ice, salt and lost mittons.

Please please please let it NOT snow. Or, alternatively, let it snow SO much that they send us all home.
